Biotopo Colombian Avocado Leaves from Colombia for bioactive terrariums

Biotopo Colombian Avocado Leaves bring an authentic piece of Colombian forest floor to the terrarium. These leaves form a natural layer of leaf litter and contribute to a lively and functional bioactive setup. They provide hiding places for small animals such as poison dart frogs and support microfauna such as springtails and isopods.

Avocado leaves are beautiful in size and shape. As a result, they form a valuable hiding place and food source for microfauna and actively contribute to a dynamic ecosystem within the terrarium. This makes them particularly suitable for terrarium keepers who want to create an active and self-sustaining substrate.

Exclusive Colombian leaf litter for Oophaga and biotope terrariums

Biotopo is the only supplier in Europe of Colombian leaf litter for terrarium use. The leaves are carefully collected from farms in Colombia, ensuring that natural forests are completely spared. This makes the product both authentic and sustainably responsible.
